How Do I Know My Tickets Have Shipped?

As soon as your tickets are on their way, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.


Watch for the Shipping Email

You’ll receive an email from Tickets-Center with the subject line:

“Tickets Shipped – Tickets-Center | Order #”

Inside the email, you’ll see:

  • The event name

  • A Track Order button linked to your UPS tracking number

  • A note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear


Use Track My Order

At any time, you can check the status of your shipment by clicking Track My Order and entering your order number and email.
