What if I can't attend an event after buying tickets?
We know things don’t always go as planned. However, because Tickets-Center works within a live resale marketplace, each order is confirmed with a licensed third-party seller the moment you check out. This real-time process means all sales are final—orders can’t be canceled or refunded.
What You Can Do Instead
Even though we can’t reverse the sale, you still have a few ways to make sure your tickets don’t go to waste:
Resell Them – If your tickets are eligible for transfer, you can list them on a trusted resale site like Lysted.
Give Them to Someone You Know – Many tickets can be transferred digitally to a friend or family member.
Check Your Insurance – If you purchased Allianz ticket protection during checkout, review your policy to see if you qualify for a claim.
