If your delivery method is Print-at-Home, you’ll need to download a PDF file and bring a paper copy with you to the event. Here’s how to do it:
Find the Email
You’ll receive an email from Tickets-Center with a link to download your tickets.
Subject lines may look like:
“[Action Required] Download & Print Your Tickets”Can’t see it? Search by your order number or check your spam/junk folder.
Download the PDF
Click the link in the email to download the full file.
Save the PDF — don’t crop, screenshot, or alter it.
If the ticket says “Mobile Entry Only,” it cannot be printed and must be scanned on your phone instead.
Print the Tickets
Use standard 8.5 x 11" paper.
Print the entire page, not just the barcode.
Print single-sided only (not double-sided).
Bring Them to the Event
Present the printed copy at the gate for scanning.
Keep the paper flat and in good condition so the barcode scans easily.
What If You Forget to Print?
Venues that require paper copies may refuse entry if you only have the PDF on your phone.
Refunds are not available in this case, since the tickets were delivered as promised and printing is required.
No Printer? Easy Options
Forward the PDF to a friend or family member for printing.
Stop by a local copy/print shop (FedEx Office, Staples, UPS Store, etc.).
Ask your hotel or office — most provide printing services.
