How Do I Get Mobile Tickets?

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:19 PM

If your delivery method is listed as Mobile, your tickets are designed to be displayed and scanned directly from your smartphone — no printing needed.
Depending on your event and seller, your delivery may be a Mobile PDF or a Mobile Transfer.

1. Mobile PDF

  • You’ll receive an email with a PDF ticket attached or linked.

  • Open the PDF on your phone and show the barcode at the venue gate.

  • No need to print — these are valid for mobile scanning.

2. Mobile Transfer

  • You’ll receive an email with instructions to accept your tickets through a third-party platform (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or the venue’s app).

  • You may need to log in or create an account using the same email address you used at checkout.

  • Once accepted, your tickets will appear under My Events or My Tickets in the app.

When will I get my tickets?

Once your tickets are ready, you’ll receive an email from Tickets-Center with step-by-step instructions based on your delivery type.

  • Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).
  • Follow the instructions carefully.

Tips for a smooth event day

  • Add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, if available.

    • Anything sent via Mobile PDF is not eligible to add to your wallet.

  • Charge your phone before leaving home.

  • Turn up your screen brightness at the gate for easy scanning.
