When will I get my tickets?

The timing of your ticket delivery depends on the seller’s listing type. You’ll see this information during checkout, but here’s how each option works:


1. In-Hand Date

Some tickets are set to arrive closer to the event date. This estimated delivery window is chosen by the seller and can range from a few days to just hours before the event.

Why tickets may be held until then:

  • The venue, artist, or primary ticketing platform has delayed the official release.

  • Sellers wait to send them closer to the event to reduce the risk of loss or unauthorized transfers.

  • A conservative estimate is used—tickets sometimes arrive well before the posted date.

Important: Your tickets are always covered by the Tickets-Center 100% Guarantee and will arrive in time for entry.


2. Instant Delivery

These tickets are ready for you immediately.

  • The seller already has them available.

  • As soon as your order is confirmed, they’re sent by email (or SMS in some cases).

  • You can access and download them right away.
