Wondering when your tickets will arrive? The timing depends on the delivery method chosen by the seller. Here’s how each type works and what you can expect.
1. Tickets with an In-Hand Date
Some tickets aren’t released until closer to the event. The In-Hand Date is the seller’s estimated delivery date, which might be just a few days — or even hours — before showtime.
Why the wait?
The event organizer, artist, or venue hasn’t released them yet.
Sellers deliver closer to the event to reduce the risk of tickets being lost or resold.
Sellers may set a longer delivery window as a safeguard, but tickets often arrive sooner.
No matter the timing, your order is covered by the Tickets-Center 100% Guarantee — your tickets will be in your hands before the event begins.
You’ll see the In-Hand Date during checkout.
2. Instant Delivery Tickets
If your order says Instant Delivery, the seller already has the tickets and they’re ready to send.
Once your purchase is confirmed, they’ll arrive via email.
You can access them immediately — no waiting period.
