Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets – What You Need to Know

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:18 PM

If your tickets have gone missing or you can’t access them, here’s what to expect and how we can help.

First, understand the limits

  • Tickets are like cash — once they’ve been delivered, you’re responsible for keeping them secure.

  • Physical tickets (paper or hard stock) are rarely replaceable.

  • Digital tickets (mobile passes or PDFs) can often be retrieved from the original delivery email or ticketing account.

  • If tickets may have been stolen or shared without permission, we can request a reissue — but approval is up to the venue’s policies, and some venues do not allow replacements.

UPS delivery Issues

  • Contact us immediately if your UPS package hasn’t arrived on schedule.

  • We’ll investigate and work through the available options with you.

Tips for finding digital tickets

Search your inbox for:

  • The event name

  • Keywords like “sent you tickets”

  • The ticket platform name (Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, etc.)

Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder.

Protect yourself for future events

  • Avoid sharing screenshots or forwarding delivery emails unless you’re using the official transfer process.

  • Arrive early and scan in as soon as gates open — this reduces the risk of someone else using your ticket before you do.

Still have questions or want to request a ticket reissue?
Chat with our team—We’ll walk through your situation and, if possible, coordinate with the venue to request a reissue under their policy.
