If your event is officially cancelled, you’re protected under the Tickets-Center 100% Guarantee.
You’ll receive a full refund — including service fees — if the event does not go on as scheduled and is not rescheduled.
What Counts as “Cancelled”?
An event is considered cancelled when the organizer confirms there will be no new date.
If a new date is announced, your tickets remain valid for that rescheduled event, and refunds are not issued.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If your event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the new date.
Once the new date is confirmed, no action is needed on your part — your tickets will work automatically.
How You’ll Know
You’ll receive an email from Tickets-Center confirming the cancellation.
Refunds are processed automatically, so there’s nothing you need to do.
Still Unsure?
Start a live chat — we’ll be happy to confirm your event’s status and walk you through what happens next.
