Why Are My Tickets Different from My Original Order?

On rare occasions, the exact seats you purchased may no longer be available. When that happens, the seller will provide comparable or upgraded tickets for the same event so your order is fulfilled on time—always in line with our Tickets-Center 100% Guarantee.


What Counts as an Acceptable Replacement

You might receive:

  • A row closer to the stage in the same section

  • A seat in a nearby section with a similar or better view

These changes are intended as upgrades, not downgrades.
