Once an order is placed on Tickets-Center, it’s considered final. That means the tickets you selected at checkout can’t be swapped, upgraded, or modified.
Why Changes Aren’t Possible
Live resale marketplace – Listings come from licensed third-party sellers, not from our own inventory.
Instant seller agreements – The seller is locked into providing your tickets as soon as your order is confirmed.
Real-time fulfillment – The process begins immediately, leaving no window for edits or cancellations.
What You Can’t Do After Purchase
Switch to a different date or event
Add or remove seats from your existing order
Request an upgrade or downgrade in seat location
The Rare Exception
If your exact seats become unavailable, a seller may substitute equivalent or better tickets to keep your order on track. rvice.
If You’ve Found Better Seats
You can place a new order for the tickets you want. Keep in mind your original order will remain active and non-refundable.
Don’t Need Your Tickets Anymore?
While you can’t resell through Tickets-Center directly, you can list them on a trusted resale platform like Lysted or transfer them to a friend or family member.
