Not sure how your tickets will arrive? You’ll see your exact delivery method at checkout, but here’s what each option means and how to prepare.
1. Mobile Delivery
Tickets are sent digitally and scanned directly from your smartphone.
Access them using the same email address you used at checkout.
Most mobile tickets come through the venue or a primary ticketing app (like Ticketmaster or AXS).
Barcodes or QR codes may not appear until closer to the event—this is normal.
Tip: Mobile tickets can’t be printed. Charge your phone before heading to the gate.
2. Print-at-Home (PDF)
Delivered by email in PDF format.
Download and print before you leave for the event.
Make sure the print is clear—faded or incomplete barcodes may not scan.
3. UPS Shipping
Physical tickets sent to the address you provided.
Usually shipped via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air within the U.S.
You’ll get tracking details once they’re on the way.
Make sure someone is available to receive the package.

4. Custom Delivery
May involve in-person pickup or special arrangements.
You might meet a seller representative near the venue.
In rare cases, the seller may accompany you inside to verify tickets.
A valid photo ID will likely be required.
Full instructions will be emailed before your event.
After You Order
We’ll send you updates at every stage so you know exactly when and how your tickets will arrive.
