Why did I only receive part of my ticket order?

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:17 PM

It’s not unusual for a ticket order to arrive in more than one delivery—especially if you purchased multiple seats.

Common Reasons for Split Deliveries

  • Staggered fulfillment by the seller – Larger orders may be processed in smaller groups to ensure accuracy.

  • Different ticket formats – Mobile transfers and PDFs can be sent at slightly different times, even if part of the same order.

  • Processing time between batches – Tickets might arrive minutes—or sometimes hours—apart.

Check Your In-Hand Date

Your in-hand date is the latest date your tickets are guaranteed to be ready. If that date hasn’t passed, the remaining tickets are still within the delivery window.
You can confirm your in-hand date by reviewing your order confirmation email or checking your order status online.
