Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. This includes adding more tickets to your original purchase—even if they’re for the same event or section.
Why Orders Can’t Be Modified
Tickets-Center operates in a real-time resale marketplace, which means:
Orders are confirmed instantly with licensed third-party sellers.
Tickets are reserved specifically for you once your purchase is complete.
We don’t hold or own ticket inventory, so existing orders cannot be adjusted after confirmation.
What You Can Do Instead
If you need additional tickets:
Place a new order for the seats currently available on our site.
Be aware that new tickets may come from a different seller, so they may not be directly next to your original seats.
The exception is General Admission areas (like GA, PIT, or Standing Room Only), where seating is not assigned and all tickets grant the same access.
Want to Sell or Replace Your Original Tickets?
If your plans change, some customers choose to resell their tickets through trusted platforms such as Lysted.
