Didn’t Receive Your Order Confirmation Email?

You should get a confirmation email from Tickets-Center within a few minutes of placing your order.
It will include:

  • Your order number

  • Event and ticket details

  • A message confirming your tickets are secured


If You Don’t See It

  1. Check your spam or junk folder—sometimes emails get filtered.

  2. Search your inbox for “Tickets-Center” to locate it quickly.

  3. Use Track My Order—enter your order number and the email address from checkout to confirm your order status.

Tip: If you entered the wrong email at checkout, let our team know right away. In many cases, we can update it and resend your confirmation.
