Price On The Ticket

Why the Price Printed on Your Ticket May Not Match What You Paid

If you notice a difference between the printed amount on your ticket and the price you paid, that’s completely normal when buying through a resale marketplace like Tickets-Center.

Understanding the Two Types of Pricing

Face Value – The original amount set by the venue, artist, or event organizer when the ticket first goes on sale.
Market Value – The resale price determined by supply, demand, and seat desirability at the time you purchased.

On the secondary market, licensed independent sellers set their own prices. Depending on how popular the event is, market value can be higher or lower than the original face value.

Does the Printed Price Affect Your Ticket?

Not at all. Your ticket’s validity is based on the barcode or QR code, not the dollar amount printed on it. As long as your ticket scans successfully, you’re guaranteed entry.

How We Show Pricing

We’re upfront about costs—you’ll always see the total amount, including service fees, before completing checkout. No hidden charges, no surprises.

Tickets-Center gives you the flexibility to choose tickets that match your budget, seat preferences, and timing—whether you’re after the best available deal or the perfect view.
