You’ll see your delivery method at checkout, but here’s what each option means so you know what to expect.
1. Mobile Delivery
Tickets are sent digitally and scanned directly from your smartphone.
Log in with the same email you used at checkout.
Most mobile tickets are accessed through the venue or a primary ticketing app (Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.).
QR codes may appear closer to the event date — this is normal.
Tip: Mobile tickets can’t be printed. Keep your phone charged and brightness up for scanning.
2. Print-at-Home (PDF)
You’ll receive an email with your tickets in PDF format.
Download and print them before arriving at the event.
Make sure barcodes are clear — faded or cropped prints may be denied at entry.
3. UPS Shipping
Physical tickets are shipped to your address via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air.
You’ll get tracking details as soon as they ship.
Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us right away.
4. Custom Delivery
This method involves ticket pickup or special handling.
You may meet a seller representative near the venue or be escorted inside.
A valid photo ID may be required for pickup.
We’ll send detailed instructions before the event, including where to go and what to bring.
After You Order
We’ll send email updates at each step, including instructions on how to access your tickets as soon as they’re ready.
