If your tickets were sent via Dice, you’ll receive them through the Dice app on your smartphone. Follow the steps below to accept and access them:
1. Look for a Text Message
Once the seller starts the transfer, Dice will send you a text that looks like:
“I’d like to send you tickets to [Event Name]. Let me know when you’ve created an account on DICE so I can transfer them.”Tap the link in the text to begin.
2. Download the Dice App
If you don’t already have it, download the free Dice app from the App Store or Google Play.
This app is the only way to receive and use Dice tickets—there’s no print or PDF option.
3. Sign In or Create an Account
Open the Dice app and choose Sign In / Register.
Enter your mobile phone number. Dice will text you a one-time login code.
Enter the code to verify your account.
If you’re new to Dice, this step will automatically create your account.
4. Find Your Tickets
Once the transfer is complete, your tickets will appear in the app under the Tickets tab.
You’ll scan them directly from your phone at the venue—no need to add them to a wallet.
Things to Know
Dice is mobile-only. You’ll need a smartphone to view and use your tickets.
You’ll also get a confirmation email from Tickets-Center once the transfer is finalized.
