If your tickets were delivered through StubHub, you’ll need to accept the transfer and view them in your StubHub account. Here’s how:
1. Check for the Transfer Email
StubHub will send an email from noreply@stubhub.com with a subject line indicating tickets have been sent to you.
Open the email and click Accept Tickets to begin.
Can’t find the email?
Search your inbox for the event name or “StubHub”.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Still don’t see it? You can skip ahead to Step 2 and log in directly with the email you used at checkout on Tickets-Center.
2. Sign In or Create Your StubHub Account
Use the same email address from your Tickets-Center order.
If you don’t already have a StubHub account, you’ll be prompted to create one.
After accepting, tickets may take a few minutes to appear—this is normal.
3. View Your Tickets
Go to My Tickets in your StubHub account (either on the website or in the StubHub app).
Your event tickets will be displayed and ready to use.
4. Add to Your Digital Wallet
If the option appears, select Add to Apple Wallet or Save to Phone (Android).
This ensures your tickets are stored offline and ready to scan when you arrive at the venue.
