If your tickets were sent via AXS Mobile ID, you can claim and view them in just a few steps. Whether you’re logging into an existing account or creating a new one, this guide will make sure you’re ready for entry on event day.
1. Check your email
Look for an email from AXS Tickets with the subject:
“Tickets Just Got Sent To You”
This confirms your tickets have been transferred and are ready to accept.
Didn’t get the email?
Your tickets may already be in your AXS account — move to Step 2 to check.
2. Download the AXS App
Get it for free from the App Store or Google Play.
The app is required to view and scan your tickets at the gate.
Having trouble with the app? You can also log in at www.axs.com.
3. Sign in or create your account
Use the same email address you used at checkout.
If you already have an account:
Log in using your credentials.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password? to reset it.
If you’re new to AXS:
Tap Sign Up and create your account using your purchase email.
Check your inbox for a verification email and click Verify Email before logging in.
If you’re asked for a verification code, you can choose to receive it via text, email, or phone call.
4. View and prepare your tickets
Once signed in:
Tap Your Tickets or AXS Mobile ID to find your event.
Select Add to Wallet.
If you don’t see an “Add to Wallet” option, you can still scan tickets directly from the AXS app.
If you do not see the option available, don't worry. Not all tickets on AXS are eligible to add to your wallet.
Why you may only see one QR code
If you purchased multiple tickets, AXS uses a single AXS Mobile ID barcode linked to your account.
This barcode refreshes automatically and will be scanned once for each ticket in your order.
Event day tips
Use the same phone to claim and present your tickets.
Save them to your wallet in advance in case cell service is weak.
The AXS Mobile ID barcode works for all tickets in your order.
