Accessing Tickets Sent Through Paciolan

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:19 PM

If your tickets were delivered via Paciolan (often used by college programs), you’ll need to accept the transfer before they appear in your account. Here’s how to locate, accept, and store your tickets:

1. Locate the Transfer Email

  • You’ll get an email from either Paciolan or the home team.

  • Subject lines usually look like: “John Doe wants to send you 1 ticket.”

  • If you don’t see it right away, try searching your inbox for:

    • The event name

    • The home team

    • “evenue” or “Paciolan”

  • Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.

  • Tip: Even without the email, you can go directly to the team’s account manager site to continue.

2. Accept Your Tickets

  • Open the email and click Accept Transfer.

  • You’ll be redirected to the team’s official Paciolan site.

3. Sign In (or Create an Account)

  • Always use the same email address that was on your Tickets-Center order.

  • If you already have an account, log in.

  • New users can create an account by filling in the required fields.

4. Find Your Tickets

  • After logging in, go to My Upcoming Events.

  • Select your event to view your tickets.

5. Save to Your Digital Wallet

  • Add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so you can access them easily at the gate—even if you don’t have Wi-Fi.
