I Haven’t Received My Print-at-Home Tickets Yet. What Should I Do?

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:20 PM

If your tickets haven’t shown up yet, here’s how to track them down and get ready for your event.

Check Your Order Status

  • Visit Track My Order and enter your order number and email.

  • If your tickets aren’t delivered yet, the seller may still be finalizing your order.

  • As soon as your tickets are ready, you’ll receive an email with the download link.

Look for the Delivery Email

Once delivered, you’ll receive an email from Tickets-Center with the subject line:

“[Action Required] Download & Print Your Tickets Now!”

If you don’t see it right away:

  • Check your spam or junk folders (attachments sometimes get filtered).

  • Be sure you’re checking the same email you used at checkout.

Print Your Tickets in Advance

  • Download the attached PDF and print it on standard 8.5 x 11" paper.

  • Print all pages if your order includes multiple tickets.

  • Venues require clear paper copies for scanning — don’t wait until you arrive to print.

No Printer?

If you don’t have access to a printer, here are some quick options:

  • Forward the PDF to a friend or family member who can print it.

  • Visit a local print/copy shop (FedEx Office, UPS Store, Staples).

  • Ask your hotel or office — most offer printing services.
