If your tickets haven’t shown up yet, here’s how to track them down and get ready for your event.
Check Your Order Status
Visit Track My Order and enter your order number and email.
If your tickets aren’t delivered yet, the seller may still be finalizing your order.
As soon as your tickets are ready, you’ll receive an email with the download link.
Look for the Delivery Email
Once delivered, you’ll receive an email from Tickets-Center with the subject line:
“[Action Required] Download & Print Your Tickets Now!”
If you don’t see it right away:
Check your spam or junk folders (attachments sometimes get filtered).
Be sure you’re checking the same email you used at checkout.
Print Your Tickets in Advance
Download the attached PDF and print it on standard 8.5 x 11" paper.
Print all pages if your order includes multiple tickets.
Venues require clear paper copies for scanning — don’t wait until you arrive to print.
No Printer?
If you don’t have access to a printer, here are some quick options:
Forward the PDF to a friend or family member who can print it.
Visit a local print/copy shop (FedEx Office, UPS Store, Staples).
Ask your hotel or office — most offer printing services.
