I Haven’t Received My Mailed Tickets Yet. What Should I Do?

this guide will help you check the status of your mailed tickets and what to do if they haven’t arrived yet.


Check for Email Updates

  • Look for subject lines like “Tickets Shipped – Tickets-Center | Order #”

  • If you don’t see anything, check your spam, junk, or trash folders


See If Your Tickets Have Shipped

  • Use Track My Order and enter your order number + email

  • If your tickets have not yet shipped, rest assured — we’re actively working with the seller to get them to you on time

  • As soon as they ship, you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking link


If Your Tickets Have Already Shipped

  • You’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear


Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Don’t Have Them

Here are a few places to double-check:

  • Around your mailbox or porch
