Picking Up Will Call Tickets

If your order shows Custom Delivery/Will Call, it means your tickets will be waiting for you at the venue on event day. Here’s how to make pickup quick and stress-free:


Where to Go

Head to the venue’s box office area. The Will Call window is usually:

  • Located next to or inside the main ticket office

  • Marked with a “Will Call” sign

  • Near the primary venue entrance

If you can’t find it, simply ask a staff member — they’ll direct you.


What to Bring

  • A government-issued photo ID matching the name on your order

  • Any confirmation or reference number included in your delivery instructions (optional, but helpful)Only the person listed on the order may pick up the tickets unless you’ve already requested a name change through our team.


Timing Tips

The Will Call desk typically opens 1–2 hours before showtime. Arrive a little early to avoid lines and get to your seats without rushing.
