Understanding Custom Delivery

If your order shows Custom Delivery as the method, it simply means your tickets can’t be shipped or transferred online. Instead, they’ll be handed to you in person using special arrangements.


How It Works

Depending on the seller, pickup might include:

  • Collecting your tickets at the venue’s will call window

  • Meeting a representative near the event location

  • Picking them up from a local FedEx Office or business center

  • In rare cases, being personally escorted into the venue by the seller


What You’ll Need

  • A government-issued photo ID that matches the name on your order

  • The instructions we’ll send by email (typically the day before or the day of your event)


When You’ll Be Notified

We’ll email you detailed pickup instructions as soon as they’re available — so you’ll know exactly when and where to go.


If Someone Else Needs to Pick Up

Plans changed? Start a live chat with us right away. If the tickets haven’t already been finalized, we can request an updated pickup name from the seller.
