How to Use Print-at-Home Tickets

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:19 PM

If your tickets are listed as Print at Home, they’ll be delivered as a PDF file. These must be printed out and brought with you to the venue.

When Will They Arrive?

  • You’ll receive an email once your tickets are ready.

  • That email includes a secure link to download your PDF tickets.

  • If your order has multiple tickets, you’ll get one page per ticket.

    • Each page has its own barcode — you’ll need to print every page in your order.

How to Download and Print

  1. Open the link in your delivery email.

  2. Download the PDF to your computer or device.

  3. Print out the file using a standard printer — make sure the barcode is clear and visible.

Why Not Use Your Phone?

Print-at-home tickets are meant to be scanned on paper. Showing a PDF on your phone may not work at the venue, and in some cases, entry could be denied.

Always bring printed copies with you.

Forgot to Print?

If you arrive at the event without your printed tickets, venue policies may prevent you from entering. To avoid issues, print your tickets before leaving home.
