If your tickets were sent via SeatGeek, you’ll accept them through a quick transfer process and then access them in the SeatGeek app. Follow the steps below:
1. Watch for the Transfer Email
SeatGeek will send you an email from transactions@seatgeek.com with the subject line:
“[Name] wants to send you a ticket”Open the email and click Accept Ticket to begin.
Can’t find it?
Search for transactions@seatgeek.com or “wants to send you a ticket” in your inbox.
Check your spam or junk folder.
If you still don’t see the email, move on to Step 2—you can often accept the transfer directly from your SeatGeek account.
2. Sign In or Create Your SeatGeek Account
Go to SeatGeek and log in using the same email address you used at checkout on Tickets-Center.
If you’ve never used SeatGeek, select Sign Up and follow the steps to create an account.
3. Accept the Transfer
Once you’re signed in, look for a pending ticket transfer in your account.
Select Accept Ticket—SeatGeek will confirm when the transfer is complete.
4. Download the SeatGeek App
Install the free SeatGeek app from the App Store or Google Play.
The app makes it easy to view and scan your tickets at the venue.
5. Access Your Tickets
In the SeatGeek app, tap the Tickets icon to see your event.
If available, tap Add to Wallet to save your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
If not, no worries—you can scan your ticket directly from the app at the gate.
