Saving Your Mobile Tickets

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:19 PM

Making sure your tickets are ready on event day is easy, but the process depends on how they were delivered. Here’s what to expect:

Tickets Delivered as a Mobile PDF

  • Open the delivery email and download the attached file.

  • Save it directly to your phone’s file manager (e.g., Files on iPhone or Google Files on Android).

  • When presenting the ticket, confirm the entire barcode or QR code is visible on your screen.

    • Pro tip: Don’t zoom in too far — the scanner needs to capture the full code.

Tickets Delivered via Transfer (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, MyProVenue)

  • Log into the ticketing platform with the same email used for your Tickets-Center order.

  • Look for an option to Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for the fastest entry.

  • If no wallet option appears, you can scan directly from the app or the secure link provided.

Some platforms hide the QR code until closer to showtime. That’s normal and ensures ticket security.

Event Day Tips

  • Open your tickets or wallet before you reach the gates — Wi-Fi can be spotty at large venues.

  • Avoid printing mobile tickets unless your email instructions explicitly say PDFs are valid for entry.
