Accessing Tickets from MyProVenue (Tickets.com)

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:19 PM

If your event uses MyProVenue for ticket delivery, your tickets will arrive directly from the venue or Tickets.com — not from us. Follow the steps below to get them ready for event day.

1. Look for your ticket email

Check your inbox for a message from Tickets.com or the venue.

  • Subject lines often start with “Congratulations [Name]” or mention the event name.

  • Inside, you’ll see a button labeled with the venue’s name or "My Account" — click or tap it to start claiming your tickets.

Can’t find it?
Search your email for “MyProVenue,” “Tickets.com,” or the venue name. Don’t forget to check spam/junk folders. If nothing shows up, go to MyProVenue.com directly and log in (see next step).

2. Sign in or create your account

Use the same email address from your order with Tickets-Center to log in.

  • New to MyProVenue? Select Sign Up and follow the prompts to create your account.

3. View and prep your tickets

Once logged in, go to your event and select View Active Tickets.

From here, you can:

  • Save them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick scanning

  • Keep them ready in the MyProVenue mobile site for entry

Event day tips

  • Use the same phone to claim and present your tickets

  • Save to your wallet in advance in case cell service is weak at the venue

    • If wallet-saving isn’t possible, you can scan directly from your MyProVenue ticket view
