Don’t worry — this guide will help you confirm your pickup status and get ready for your event if your delivery method is listed as Special Delivery or Will Call.
1. Check Your Order Status
Visit Track My Order and enter your order number and email.
If instructions aren’t available yet, the seller may still be finalizing details.
As soon as your pickup instructions are ready, you’ll receive an email with everything you need.
2. Search for the Instruction Email
Once your tickets are assigned for pickup, look for an email from Tickets-Center with the subject line:
“Getting Your Tickets ”
This email includes:
Pickup contact name & phone number
Pickup location address
Seller’s instructions and meeting details
Required ID information
If you don’t see it:
Check your spam or junk folder
Search “tickets-center” in your email
Make sure you’re checking the email used to place your order
3. Follow the Instructions Exactly
Your email may direct you to:
The venue’s Will Call window (bring a valid photo ID matching the order name), or
A meeting point with the seller near the venue — arrive at the exact location and time provided.
Important Reminders
Pickup instructions are usually sent closer to the event, not immediately after purchase.
A valid photo ID is always required.
If meeting a seller, be on time — they’re not obligated to wait beyond the agreed pickup window.
