If your parking pass was delivered through ParkWhiz, you’ll need to accept the transfer, sign in, and save it to your phone. Follow these steps to get set up:
1. Look for the Email
You’ll receive a message from ParkWhiz (e.g., help@parkwhiz.com) with the subject line:
“[Sender] sent you a parking pass!”Open the email and tap View Parking Pass.
Tip: Can’t find it? Search your inbox for “ParkWhiz,” and don’t forget to check spam or junk folders.
2. Sign In or Create an Account
Use the same email address that received the pass.
If you don’t already have a ParkWhiz account, you’ll be prompted to create one.
3. View Your Pass in “My Parking”
Once signed in, go to the My Parking tab.
Select your reservation and tap View Pass.
You’ll see:
Lot address and directions
Parking timeframe
Parking pass number
QR code for entry
Options to transfer or add to your calendar
4. Add or Update Your License Plate
Some passes are validated by license plate number instead of a physical tag.
Tap Add Vehicle or Edit License Plate, enter your plate number, and save.
5. Download the ParkWhiz App
Install the free ParkWhiz app from the App Store or Google Play.
This ensures easy access, even without email or Wi-Fi at the venue.
6. Save to Your Digital Wallet
After viewing, choose Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
Your pass will then be available offline and ready to scan at the lot.
Helpful Tips
The QR code is what you’ll show or scan upon arrival.
If your pass says “No Vehicle,” make sure to update your license plate before parking.
You can edit your vehicle anytime under My Parking.
