Postponed or Rescheduled Events

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 1:16 PM

If your event date changes, you don’t need to worry about losing your spot—your original tickets will still be valid for the new date. We’ll make sure you have the details you need as soon as they’re confirmed.

Postponed vs. Rescheduled

  • Postponed – The event is delayed, but a new date hasn’t been announced yet.

  • Rescheduled – The event has a new, confirmed date from the organizer.

What You Need to Do

  • Keep your original tickets—in most cases, they’ll scan just fine at the new date.

  • If the event organizer issues new tickets, we’ll send them to you before the event.

  • Watch your inbox for updates from us, and check the venue or organizer’s site for the latest news.

Refunds for Date Changes

Refunds aren’t available for postponed or rescheduled events because your tickets remain valid for entry. All date changes are made by the venue or performer, not Tickets-Center, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Can’t Attend the New Date?

You still have options:

  • Transfer your tickets to a friend or family member.

  • Resell them through a trusted resale platform like Lysted.

  • Check if your Allianz ticket insurance applies.
