What Is "Seat Secure"?

Modified on Tue, 7 Oct at 1:58 PM

A Seat Secure listing means the reseller doesn’t have the tickets in hand yet but guarantees they can provide seats in the area described (except as required to comply with applicable law). This type of listing is offered only by the Provider's network of trusted, vetted resellers with a proven delivery record and is flagged on our site with a green “S” indicating that the tickets will be obtained through the Provider’s “Seat secure” service.

The Provider: We collaborate with a third-party platform provider (the “Provider”) that executes orders and coordinates ticket delivery with its network of licensed third-party resellers.

How Seat Secure Listings Work

  • Your seats will be located in the section and row range shown (or in a comparable or better spot).

  • Tickets are secured for you after ordering and delivered by the date listed in the order details.

  • A clear note will appear on the listing so you’ll know it’s a Seat Secure offer before ordering.

Ordering for Larger Groups

If you’re purchasing 4 or more tickets, they may be split into smaller groups (such as 2+2). Each group will still be together in consecutive seats unless otherwise noted.

You’re Protected

Every Seat Secure service order is backed by the TicketSafe Protection. That means you’ll receive valid tickets on time, in the location promised (or better). If that’s not possible, you’ll get a full refund.
