Because Tickets-Center operates in a live resale marketplace, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. This is due to:
Immediate, binding agreements with licensed sellers.
Tickets being non-refundable and unable to be re-listed through our site.
While refunds aren’t available if your plans change, you still have alternatives.
What You Can Do Instead
If you can’t attend, here are your options:
Resell Your Tickets (If Eligible) – If transferable, you may be able to list them on trusted resale services like Lysted.
Transfer to Someone You Trust – Most mobile tickets can be securely forwarded to a friend or family member.
Use Your Protection Plan (If Purchased) – If you added Allianz ticket protection during checkout, you may be able to file a claim depending on your coverage.
